Kvertus is a Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment. We have been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2017 and produce equipment used to protect military, civilian and critical infrastructure facilities. We are looking for an RnD Lead to join the team.

Role:

You will lead the process of creating new products and improving existing company devices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create ideas and prototypes of new defense solutions that neutralize, detect, protect and prevent a wide range of electronic threats.
  • Research and development in the field of radio frequency (RF) technologies and signal processing.
  • Work on improving existing products.
  • Interact with industry experts and partners to improve product offerings.

Required technical and professional skills:

  • Knowledge of the product life cycle, from concept to finished device.
  • Deep knowledge of radio electronic engineering and radio frequency technologies.
  • Expertise in digital signal processing and wireless communication principles.
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in unmanned technologies and protection mechanisms.
  • Ability to design and test RF circuits, antenna systems, and microwave components.
  • Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio).
  • Strong foundation in hardware engineering for prototype and final product development.
  • Deep understanding and experience with various platforms and programming languages ​​for embedded technologies.

Our candidate:

  • Higher education in electronic engineering, radio engineering, physics, or related fields.
  • Experience in systems radio engineering.
  • Experience in design and development of radio electronic devices, team and project management for at least 5 years.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
