Due to development, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Area of responsibility:
- Management of the full cycle of personnel recruitment (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending job offers)
- Creating a “funnel” of candidates, posting vacancies on various resources
- Selection and assessment of potential candidates using various tools
- Using various recruiting metrics, optimizing and improving the process
- Closing technical and non-technical vacancies
- Participation in the company’s HR processes
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Completed specialized courses (recruiting/hr)
- Experience working as a recruiter from the 1st year
- Multitasking: ability to manage 5-6 vacancies simultaneously
- Proficiency in modern tools and platforms for recruiting (LinkedIn, Job board, SignalHire, etc.)
- Skills of effective communication, negotiation and persuasion
- Result orientation, high self-organization and responsibility
