Due to development, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Area of ​​responsibility:

  • Management of the full cycle of personnel recruitment (sourcing / screening / interviews and interviews, sending job offers)
  • Creating a “funnel” of candidates, posting vacancies on various resources
  • Selection and assessment of potential candidates using various tools
  • Using various recruiting metrics, optimizing and improving the process
  • Closing technical and non-technical vacancies
  • Participation in the company’s HR processes

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Completed specialized courses (recruiting/hr)
  • Experience working as a recruiter from the 1st year
  • Multitasking: ability to manage 5-6 vacancies simultaneously
  • Proficiency in modern tools and platforms for recruiting (LinkedIn, Job board, SignalHire, etc.)
  • Skills of effective communication, negotiation and persuasion
  • Result orientation, high self-organization and responsibility
