We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will ensure the smooth operation of our system and help users effectively resolve technical issues.

Scope of responsibility:
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical problems (software and hardware).
- Consulting users on the operation of equipment and software, connecting and helping to configure devices.
- Installation, configuration and support of network equipment, workstations.
- Monitoring IT infrastructure, identifying and preventing detected problems.
- Collaboration with development teams and engineers to resolve complex technical requests.
- Keeping records of user requests. Analytics of requests and development of improvement proposals.
Our candidate:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Experience with MikroTik, Cisco or other network devices will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information protection principles.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and logs.
- High level of responsibility, sociability and willingness to quickly resolve non-standard situations.
